Located within a 10 minute walk of the station and having excellent access to the M1, The Mint on Sweet Street offers some of the best office accommodation in Leeds. The immediate vicinity boasts large corporate occupiers and numerous amenities including bars, restaurant, supermarket & cafés in this ever evolving quarter of the City Centre.

The Mint achieved a BREEAM rating “Excellent” and also has an active chilled beam system cooling, 4 x 13 person lifts serving all floors, shower facilities and 48 secure basement car parking spaces.

This project was undertaken as a supply labour basis only. Constructed from German Jura Limestone the seven floors broken up with feature cills and bands together with terrace balconies on the front really make this building stand out in the area. It surely will be a benchmark for other new developments on the drawing board for the area.
