Liverpool Science Park comprises of two buildings, Innovation Centre 1 (ic1) and Innovation Centre 2 (ic2) offering 120,000 sq ft of high-specification grade A accommodation and laboratory space.
It has been operational since January 2006 and is currently home to over 75 companies. The Science Park is located in the Mount Pleasant area of Liverpool City Centre, and is just ten minutes’ walk from Liverpool Lime Street railway station.
As part of a major funding injection from the EU, Innovation Centre 2 forms a new integral part of Liverpool University. With its white gleaming appearance, modern design and fin wall, it stands out on the park as a real gem.
Don’t forget to look at the slate feature wall to the rear! Certainly a futuristic building for our budding scientists!
